Description of problem:

There is a typo in the effective user 'Name' field in the "Remote Execution" settings.

The name is written as 'Efffective User' instead of 'Effective User'

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

6.11.0 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to Satellite 6.11.0 as an admin user
2. Navigate to Administer->Settings->Remote Execution. 
3. See the typo in the 4th row.
