Similar problem has been detected:

I was working in the VM (Windows 10 guest) and while moving the mouse both the VM and the Virt-Manager screens just closed and quit.

Happens approx 1-2 times a week. Virt-manager abruptly exits while running. This tends to happen when virt-manager is in the background/overnight while nothing is interacting with the manager window or VMs. VMs on this system are all vanilla RHEL and Fedora Linux guests, mostly BIOS but a few UEFI guests. There is no obvious pattern to what guests are running when the problem happens.
