This was fixed by the recent dracut/kexec-tools changes, https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/compose/rawhide/Fedora-Rawhide-20221214.n.0/compose/Labs/x86_64/iso/Fedora-Design_suite-Live-x86_64-Rawhide-20221214.n.0.iso is undersize.
