[root@dell-r430-7 ~]# fips-mode-setup --check
FIPS mode is enabled.
[root@dell-r430-7 ~]# cryptsetup luksFormat /dev/loop0 -q
Enter passphrase for /root/1.tar: 
[root@dell-r430-7 ~]# $?
-bash: 0: command not found
[root@dell-r430-7 ~]# 

the fixed package works well, move to verified.
