Description of problem:
Well, it seems lha was removed from FC6.
It is not mentioned why, at least I could not find why.
Specifically, it is not mentioned in relation with patents/copyrights or similar.

It also does not appear in Extras.

So, first I'm curious to know why lhs was removed and second if it would be
possible to have it again, eventually in Extras.

yes, there's patents issue in lha, and cannot be included in FC or Extras.
