.SELinux policy allows Rsyslog to drop privileges at start
Because the privileges of the Rsyslog log processing system are now more limited to minimize security exposure (link:https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2127404[RHBZ#2127404]), the SELinux policy has been updated to allow the `rsyslog` service to drop privileges at start.
