Description of problem: customer is experiencing the same behavior with RHEL9 which is addressed for RHEL8 in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2057053

Additional info:
Customer used the same workaround in https://access.redhat.com/solutions/6971359, but the KCS is closed with Errata for RHEL8.  Could we get the ERRATA for RHEL9 also?
