Description of problem:

nss update appears to be needed for firefox-108.0, nss-3.86 release notes are already updated and next version set to 3.87

Would appreciate getting nss and firefox updated to keep pace with the firefox release cadence.

NSS-3.86 was released yesterday. it is not needed for Firefox 108, it's needed for Firefox 109. I updated NSS to 3.85 rather than 3.84 so it would cover Firefox 108.
