Description of problem:
When downloading large files with dracut, it would be helpful to see the progress

How reproducible: 100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. kickstart a system over a slow link

Actual results:
system appears to hang when it is in fact downloading a large file

Expected results:
indication of progress
