.S3 client can perform S3 PUT requests with `chunked` Transfer-Encoding Previously, the S3 PUT requests with `Transfer-Encoding:chunked` without the `x-amz-decoded-content-length` field specified would fail with the `411 Length Required` http status code. With this fix, a _content-length_ header need not be specified in the S3 PUT requests with `Transfer-Encoding:chunked` and the S3 client works as expected.
