Capacity Breakdown Card not loading for external RHCS StorageSystem.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create ODF external mode ceph cluster.
2. Once created, go to "Block and File" dashboard.
3. Check capacity breakdown card.


Actual results:
capacity breakdown card is in continuous loading state.

Expected results:
it should be loaded and chart should be visible.
