Built toolbox-0.0.99.3-5.el8: https://mbs.engineering.redhat.com/module-build-service/2/module-builds/17546 https://brewweb.engineering.redhat.com/brew/taskinfo?taskID=49596832 toolbox-0.0.99.3-5.el8 solves the issue. I now see multiple names (tags) for same image after skopeo copy command. All our tests pass.
