Description of problem:
OpenAL has a PipeWire backend, but it's absent on Fedora.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
1.21.1-2.fc36

Actual results:
The backend is absent.

Expected results:
The backend should be built and shipped.

Additional info:
Building it requires having the PipeWire devel files installed, a BuildRequires on pipewire-devel should be added.
