Description of problem:
not possible to login to RHVM manager - Cannot deserialize

How reproducible:
RHVM 4.4 SP1

Steps to Reproduce:
happened only once in the customer environment during LSM

Actual results:
- it was not possible to login to the manager UI 


Expected results:
- LSM would not cause this

Additional info:
- after cleaning command_entities and restart ovirt-engine it was possible to login to admin portal
