Description of problem:
Cannot install kde-connect package

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
kde-connect-22.04.1-2.el9.x86_64
pulseaudio-qt-1.3-2.el9.1.x86_64

Steps to Reproduce:
tkepczyn-linux3:~> LC_ALL=C.utf-8 sudo dnf install kde-connect
Last metadata expiration check: 0:14:01 ago on Mon Dec 19 08:33:54 2022.
Error: 
 Problem: package kde-connect-22.04.1-2.el9.x86_64 requires libkdeconnectcore.so.22()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed
  - package kde-connect-22.04.1-2.el9.x86_64 requires libkdeconnectinterfaces.so.22()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed
  - package kde-connect-22.04.1-2.el9.x86_64 requires kde-connect-libs(x86-64) = 22.04.1-2.el9, but none of the providers can be installed
  - conflicting requests
  - nothing provides libKF5PulseAudioQt.so.2()(64bit) needed by kde-connect-libs-22.04.1-2.el9.x86_64

Actual results:
Package does not install, broken dependencies.

Expected results:
Package is installed.

Additional info:
Disovered on AlmaLinux 9.1.
AlmaLinux 8.7 doesn't seem to suffer from this issue.
I am not sure if this is the problem with kde-connect, kde-connect-libs or pulseaudio-qt package. Feel free to reassign as necessary.
