Description of problem:
when trying to go inside a PVC we get a react minified error #152 (render method is trying to render an undefined component) for PVCAlertExtension

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.12

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. navigate to PersistentVolumeClaims and select any PVC
2. watch crash :) 


Actual results:
"Oh No! something went wrong!" with an error stack trace, added screenshot

Expected results:
PVC details page loaded and functional
