Shows the prompt box opened and persist on the screen even after shifting tabs

Description of problem:
Instructions button opens a prompt showing info, but it is showing everywhere untill not clicked again on the "i" button.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to Infrastructure-> Subnet -> Create Subnet
2.Several options open-up, try clicking the "i"(instructions button) button
3.It shows a pop-up(containing info), however it doesn't get closed automatically and when try to switch to different tabs like "Remote execution", "Domains", "Capsules". It still persists.

Actual results:
Instructions button opens a prompt showing info, but it is showing everywhere untill not clicked again on the "i" button.

Expected results:
It should probably be closed automatically if we switch to different tabs.

This Bug is present in Earlier versions also (6.12.0)
