Description of problem:
Info button in Create Hosts-> OpenSCAP capsule  opens a prompt showing info, but it is persists even after change of tabs on the "i" button

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to "HOSTS" tab, switch tab to "All hosts -> Create host"
2. Switch to Host tab now
3. Click on the info button next to OpenSCAP capsule option and try to move to any other tabs like Ansible roles,parameters, operation system etc. It persists

Actual results:
The info prompt box should be closed when changing tabs or after few seconds

Expected results:
Should be closed automatically
