/usr/share/xfsprogs/mkfs/lts*.conf:

...

nrext64= is from [inode] section.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 38 development cycle.
Changing version to 38.

This is fixed in xfsprogs-6.3.0/rawhide now
