Doc Text:	.`python3.11-lxml` does not provide the `lxml.isoschematron` submodule The `python3.11-lxml` package is distributed without the `lxml.isoschematron` submodule because it is not under an open source license. The submodule implements ISO Schematron support. As an alternative, pre-ISO-Schematron validation is available in the `lxml.etree.Schematron` class. We're working to add Python 3.11 and a suite of ecosystem packages into RHEL 8, see BZ#2137139.

This bug is for adding `python3.11-lxml` into RHEL 8 AppStream as part of the suite of Python 3.11 packages.
