There's been a slight mixup, this package is actually for adding `python3.11-setuptools-rust` into RHEL 8 CRB as part of the suite of Python 3.11 packages. Package has passed gating. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
