Description of problem:
There has been a regression with the OBEX mock

How reproducible:
fully

Steps to Reproduce:
1. This CI is using the latest Fedora and started to fail with Fedora 27 https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/folks/-/jobs/2474183

Actual results:
Fails with GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.InvalidArgs: Invalid arguments: Expected a string or unicode object

Expected results:
Tests should pass

Additional info:
The fix would be to actually cherry-pick https://github.com/martinpitt/python-dbusmock/commit/d71aa65f58b81adde9db0de601fbccef439d97af
