Error in the UI, after renaming a migration policy

Description of problem:
Error displayed after renaming a migration policy

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.13.0

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Virtualization > MigrationPolicies
2. Create a migration policy as an admin or a privileged user,
   if there is no any migration policy,
   name it for example "a"
3. Edit the MigrationPolicy, rename it to for example "aa"

Actual results:
Error occurs, the url changes to:
http://localhost:9000/k8s/cluster/migraations.kubevirt.io~v1alpha1~MigrationPolicy/a
- see mainly the "migraations" substring

Expected results:
No any error present, the name changed to a new name, the url is correct.

This bug feels to be similar to the bug:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2142647
It seems that the problem depends on how you name the original MigrationPolicy and how you rename it. If you name it simply and rename it to some character or a substring of the url, the error is definitely on the way.
