Description of problem:
perl-WebService-MusicBrainz fails without IO::Socket::SSL perl module but the dependency is not listed.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
perl-WebService-MusicBrainz-1.0.6-1.fc37.noarch

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. abcde -g -o flac

Actual results:
Grabbing entire CD - tracks:  1 2
IO::Socket::SSL 2.009+ required for TLS support at /usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl/WebService/MusicBrainz/Request.pm line 69.
[ERROR] abcde: abcde-musicbrainz-tool failed to run; ABORT

Expected results:
Successful MusicBrainz lookup.

Kinda weird, apparently been this way since day 1 and nobody noticed. I use abcde all the time so I must be pulling in the dependency from another package.  Thanks for the report!
