Description of problem:
luci web app requires user confirmation for defining new storage systems, but
not for deleting

luci-0.8-23.el5

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Define a new storage system, luci requires user to confirm the action
2. Delete one or more storage systems, luci does not ask user to confirm the
deletion
  
Actual results:
If the user is going to delete some asset, luci should ask the user to confirm
the action before performing the deletion.

Expected results:
Some type of 'are you sure' dialog.

Cannot recreate this bug - closing until I can reliably recreate it.
