Description of problem:
When opening an AWT FileDialog inside Compose for Desktop on a OpenJDK 17.0.5 JVM, the JVM crashes on Cairo call.

Fedora 37 / Wayland
Kernel 6.0.18-300.fc37.x86_64
JRE version: OpenJDK Runtime Environment (Red_Hat-17.0.5.0.8-1.fc37) (17.0.5+8) (build 17.0.5+8)
Java VM: OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (Red_Hat-17.0.5.0.8-1.fc37) (17.0.5+8, mixed mode, sharing, tiered, compressed oops, compressed class ptrs, g1 gc, linux-amd64)

How reproducible:
Clone the reproduction repository: https://github.com/ptitjes/repro-compose-issue-2249

Steps to Reproduce:
1. At the root of the repository, run `./gradlew run`.
2. A window opens with an "Open" button. Click on the "Open" button.

Actual results:
The JVM crashes.

Expected results:
A native GTK file dialog opens.

Additional info:
Works correctly on Arch and Ubuntu 22.04.

This message is a reminder that Fedora Linux 37 is nearing its end of life.
Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora Linux 37 on 2023-12-05.

Fedora Linux 37 entered end-of-life (EOL) status on 2023-12-05.

Fedora Linux 37 is no longer maintained, which means that it
will not receive any further security or bug fix updates. As a result we
are closing this bug.

If you can reproduce this bug against a currently maintained version of Fedora Linux
please feel free to reopen this bug against that version. Note that the version
field may be hidden. Click the "Show advanced fields" button if you do not see
the version field.

If you are unable to reopen this bug, please file a new report against an
active release.
