Description of problem:
In the PR https://github.com/systemd/systemd/pull/25387 there were important fixes for memory management related crashes. We should pull those into RHEL-9.2.

systemd-252-2.el9

How reproducible:
deterministic

Steps to Reproduce:
1. https://github.com/systemd/systemd/issues/24990#issue-1407691666

Actual results:
systemd crashes

Expected results:
systemd should not crash
