Description of problem:
fence_scsi fails to validate when user tries to create stonith device.

Steps to Reproduce:
/usr/sbin/stonith_admin --validate --output-as xml --agent fence_scsi --option devices=/dev/disk/by-id/wwn-0x600140536aa0d264ff543d48445ec0d6,/dev/disk/by-id/scsi-3600140536aa0d264ff543d48445ec0d6 --option pcmk_host_check=static-list --option pcmk_host_list=virt-035,virt-036



Actual results:
ERROR: Failed: unable to parse output of corosync-cmapctl or node does not exist

Expected results:
fence_scsi pass the validation
