Description of problem:

Satellite 6.11.4 introduced the new rhsm kickstart snippet, but it's not listed as RH supported in the foreman_theme_satellite


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

6.11.4 only at this point

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to provisioning templates
2. see the support flag is missing for the kickstart_rhsm

Actual results:

it's not considered supported
