This issue has been addressed with selinux-policy-38.1.1-1 in RHEL 9.2.
The last selinux-policy-34.1.29-1.el9_0.3.noarch z-stream release does not seem to contain the fixes.
If you need the fix backported, please follow your organization workflow to request the z-stream.
