Can reproduce this bug with qemu-kvm-6.2.0-28.module+el8.8.0+17721+63bacee8 on Milan host.

Can't reproduce this bug with qemu-kvm-6.2.0-29.module+el8.8.0+17991+08d03241.x86_64 on Milan host.

# /usr/libexec/qemu-kvm -overcommit cpu-pm=on -m 8G -smp 8 -monitor stdio -cpu host -machine accel=kvm -M q35
