Description of problem:

The tini package is missing from aarch64 epel7 repository. In result it's impossible to yum install it.

How reproducible:

Just looking at the epel7 repos, the x86_64 package is there:

    https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/7/x86_64/Packages/t/tini-0.19.0-2.el7.x86_64.rpm

  but is missing here:

    https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/7/aarch64/Packages/t/

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Point a web browser at https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/7/aarch64/Packages/t/

Actual results:

  There's no tini-*.el7.aarch64.rpm package there.

Expected results:

  Such package should be present:

    https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/7/aarch64/Packages/t/tini-*.el7.aarch64.rpm
