Cause: When paths were removed, multipathd could free the array of matching device config entries for a multipath device, while the device still pointed to it
Consequence: multipathd could occasionally crash after path removal
Fix: multipathd now makes sure that the device config list no longer points to freed memory.
Result: multipathd not longer crashes after path removal
