Describe the issue:

We need to remove MS sync issue as known issue from 5.3 release notes. In https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_ceph_storage/5.3/html/release_notes/known-issues#known-issue_multi-site-ceph-object-gateway we list BZ https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1827519 as a known issue but this was resolved before GA of 5.3 and is no longer a known issue.
