As part of bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2152839 verification, found out logging is not proper when deleting webhook resources

1. install OCP (4.12.0-0.nightly-2023-01-10-062211)
2. install cert-manager
3. deploy ODF ( 4.12.0-167 )
4. check rook-ceph-operator log
