Hi Vladimir,

Does the UI or API show the SSL fields?

Thanks!

Comment 2 Vladimír Sedmík 2023-01-24 12:40:38 UTC
Hey Brad,

yes, UI and API show the fields, just the hammer does not pick them

# curl -sku admin:password -H "Content-type: application/json" -X GET https://$(hostname)/katello/api/alternate_content_sources/171 | json_reformat
{
    ...
    "verify_ssl": false,
    "use_http_proxies": false,
    "id": 171,
    "ssl_ca_cert": null,
    "ssl_client_cert": {
        "id": 2,
        "name": "RHUI"
    },
    "ssl_client_key": {
        "id": 2,
        "name": "RHUI"
    },
    ...
}

Moving this bug to POST for triage into Satellite since the upstream issue https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/36052 has been resolved.

Verified in 6.13 snap 14

1. I have the correct version of hammer-cli-katello. Clearing needinfo.

[root@dhcp-3-54 ~]# rpm -qa | grep hammer*
rubygem-hammer_cli_katello-1.7.3-1.el8sat.noarch

2. Verify SSL, SSL CA Cert, SSL Client Cert, and SSL Client Key are all shown in the hammer output.

[root@dhcp-3-54 ~]# hammer alternate-content-source show --id 1
