Describe the issue:

1) Detailed step by step, preferably tested by QA/QE, that outlines how to add another RGW to external ODF
  a) what files, secrets, etc need updated/changed? In what order?
2) Detailed step by step, preferably tested by QA/QE, that outlines how to make day 2 changes in external ODF
  a) ips change, updating secrets, etc.

our documentation around external ODF clusters is very limited and needs to get expanded.
