Description of problem:

A logical router has some implicit dst-ip routes to send ips over overlay but they are not show at ovn-nbctl lr-route-list, would be good for debugging problems to see them there

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Do a ovn-nbctl lr-route-list <router>

Actual results:
All the explicit configured static routes, missing implicit dst-ip


Expected results:
It shows also the dst-ip addresses cooked up at the flows.
