libvirt bug. See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2166411#c1 This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 38 development cycle. Changing version to 38. Note that while this is fixed in RHEL/CentOS Stream 9, and does not happen in Fedora 37, this still affects Fedora 38 [1]. can you please apply the fix there as well?
