Description of problem:
We've had ffmpeg in Fedora since Fedora Linux 36 / EPEL 9, and with xine-lib being brought into Fedora in bug 2163435, there's no need for mlt-freeworld anymore for EPEL 9+ and Fedora 36+. Please enable this functionality in mlt itself to replace mlt-freeworld.

This is needed for bringing kdenlive into Fedora.

xine-lib is now available in EPEL9, F36, and F37 as buildroot overrides
