.Toolbox can create RHEL 9 containers
Previously, the Toolbox utility only supported RHEL UBI 8 images. With this release, Toolbox now also supports RHEL UBI 9. As a result, you can create a Toolbox container based on RHEL 8 or 9.
The following command creates a RHEL container based on the same RHEL release as your host system:
----
$ toolbox create
----
Alternatively, you can create a container with a specific RHEL release. For example, to create a container based on RHEL 9.2, use the following command:
----
$ toolbox create --distro rhel --release 9.2
----

Built toolbox-0.0.99.3-8.el9: https://kojihub.stream.rdu2.redhat.com/koji/taskinfo?taskID=1855766 https://desktopqe-jenkins.rhev-ci-vms.eng.rdu2.redhat.com/job/beaker-toolbox-RHEL-9.2/16/ Only failing test is false negative because of wrong tag for 9.0 container. toolbox create --distro rhel works properly (with --release 7.x and 9.x) with toolbox-0.0.99.3-8.el9 Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
