Description of problem:
The debian package of this component ships /etc/xdg/autostart/onboard-autostart.desktop which is not a distro patch

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Everytime

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install the package
2. the file is not there
3.

Actual results:
File missing

Expected results:
The file should be there

Additional info:
This is preventing another package to be built in Fedora https://github.com/meisenzahl/distro-agnostic/actions/runs/3988175247/jobs/6838977411#step:5:18995

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 38 development cycle.
Changing version to 38.

Thank you for updating the version. I can confirm that the bug already occurs in Fedora 37.

This fixes the bug for Rawhide. It would be great if you could provide the fix for 37 and 38 as well.
