https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/satellite/satellite-packaging/-/merge_requests/6821 got merged,
moving to POST

Tested on Satellite 6.13.0 Snap 9.0

foreman_google isn't included as the requirement of the satellite package, with other CR packages. Maybe this is the reason for the https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2163425#c7, but I am not sure if it is the cause. Can anyone confirm this?

Observation:
rubygem(foreman_google) is included, which wasn't in snap 9 as per comment 2, and foreman-google is not there with another foreman-* CR's.
Can you please confirm if this is expected and are we good to verify this BZ?

The title of the BZ is a bit misleading, the plugin is rubygem(foreman_google) which you show as being there so this BZ is good to verify.
