Description of problem: Using the pipewire-pulseaudio service, there is no sound output with the PCOIP remote desktop solution. The original Pulseaudio server, by contrast, works fine.

How reproducible: 100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make sure Pipewire and its Pulseaudio server and installed and activated on target system.
2. Start PCOIP remote desktop client.
3.

Actual results: No sound output.


Expected results: Sound output.

Could you in a terminal:

systemctl --user stop pipewire-pulse.service
systemctl --user stop pipewire-pulse.socket

Then:

PIPEWIRE_DEBUG=4 pipewire-pulse 2>log

Then perform the failing audio playback and attach the log file here.

We're going to try to reproduce this and I'm also going to make a scratch build of a newer version that might have already fixed this.
