Looks like an old version of shaderc: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1997985

That version will need a rebuild and fix to add a missing "include" line.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 38 development cycle.
Changing version to 38.
