Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log
snippests):

CSV is missing annotation for disconnected environment support and `RelatedImages` field. This causes UI to not show the operator in disconnected environment operators page. Also, image mirroring won't work as expected.

Tested and verified on version ODF 4.13.0-172. Related images and `disconnected` annotation are listed in CSV and ODF Multicluster Orchestrator is available in the UI.
