Section Number and Name:

Chapter 6. Registering Clients ( or somewhere suitable )

Describe the issue:

https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/35627 has introduced a feature to use LB\HAproxy FQDN during system registration via Global Registration method.

But we need to ensure that this feature and the introduction of "--foreman-proxy-registration-url" installer option has been properly documented somewhere.

Suggestions for improvement:

A) By default --foreman-proxy-registration-url is undefined. Please mention how the value of this parameter should be mentioned.

http://<LB-FQDN>:9090 or just LB-FQDN

B) Describe how this option works and where the users will need to execute the installer with this option ( i.e. LB capsules only but not satellite if I am not wrong )

C) Optionally mention the relation of this option with the entry of the "Capsules" dropdown in the "Register Hosts" page ( as we know we won't be seeing the entry of LB on that page but it works differently ).
