Could it be updated to 1.47.0 ?, and also for fc38.

e2fsprogs-1.47.0-1.fc39 was built in rawhide about a week ago: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=2205426

We're experiencing some issues with this new release, I'd suggest to avoid updating F38.
