After replacing the new dick is completed, and all the OSDs and PVCs are up and running, it checks if there is a warning related to the old osd crash.
It waits for 15 min and executes the command `ceph crash ls-new` using the ceph-tool pod. If a crash osd warning appears with the same old osd name, it silences the warning(using the command `ceph crash archive <old_osd_crash_id>`).
