Description Nick Clifton 2023-02-07 11:11:43 UTC
+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #2124562 +++

The problem was a discrepancy in the behaviour of the annobin plugin for gcc when RHEL and ELN installations were compared. The underlying issue was that the triggers in the redhat-rpm-config.spec file were incomplete and not firing at the right times. This has now been fixed in Fedora rawhide (and hence ELN), but not in RHEL. Hence this BZ.

Comment 1 Václav Kadlčík 2023-02-07 13:22:12 UTC
Setting ITM := DTM + 1w to avoid the exception red tape. I hope the DTM is "pessimistic" and we'll see the fix earlier than that.

Comment 2 Nick Clifton 2023-02-07 14:20:13 UTC
(The DTM was pessimistic!)

Fixed in redhat-rpm-config-198-1.el9
